The scientific language of the congress will be Turkish. Simultaneous translation will be used.
Permission letters to be requested to be given to the institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the Congress Organizing Committee.
Registration and accommodation fees will be 50% refunded for cancellations made until June 17, 2024. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. All refunds will be made after the end of the congress.
Between November 6th and November 10th, 2024: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM
Badges will be delivered to all participants and accompanying persons. It is kindly requested to wear the badges at all times in order to maintain the congress order.
The meetings will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association.
Participation Certificates will be sent to all participants online via e-mail after the congress by the organization secretariat.
