• The accommodation package prices mentioned above are in the all-inclusive system and include 2% Accommodation Tax.
• 10% VAT will be added to the above-mentioned prices.
• An additional 10% will be added to the remaining balance payments of the companies that prefer to make the balance payments on a date after the congress end date.

 

Addon Fee:

In case the accommodation organization is not realized through FLAP TOUR, the daily 100 EURO + VAT (20%) addon fee will be added to the registration amount. If the relevant amount is not paid, entrance to the congress hotel will not be possible, so we kindly request that the payment be completed before the congress.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the case of cancellations made until June 17, 2024, 50% of the paid accommodation fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date. Only name changes will be accepted after June 17, 2024
